A stylish, yet cosy Highland property with views of the mountains. Located in Aviemore, set beneath the Cairngorm Mountains making it the ideal location for active families or outdoor enthusiasts.

Cairngorm View is a detached two-bedroom pet friendly property with the added feature of French doors in the living room which provides views of the majestic Cairngorm Mountains either from the patio or from inside and the comfort of your chair while sitting by the cosy wood burning stove. This property has lots of other little extras from the new,  TVs in both bedrooms, a bike shed to store your bikes or skis during your stay. Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen all of which really make this a cosy home from home.

This lovely property is furnished to the highest standard and has two bedrooms which offers 4-star quality and comfort for 4-6 guests. There is a main double bedroom with ensuite and king size bed and patio doors with views of the garden and a second bedroom with a double and a single bed, and sofa bed in the sitting room. Both bedrooms each have the added luxury of  JVC smart TV’s  to add to the enjoyment of your stay. Both the ensuite and the family bathroom are modern and stylish with heated towel rails, and underfloor heating. Guest organic Heather & Nettle soap and shower gel are provided in each bathroom for you from the Highland Soap Company a local Highland business using only natural and sustainable ingredients.

The owners of Cairngorm View have added lots of little extra touches like Bluetooth speakers a Nespresso coffee machine and board games and books for family nights in by the fire. There is also a substantial size lockable shed to store your bikes or skis, and the shed even has a bike pump and tool for you to use during your stay. The garden has a patio area with picnic table for dinning outside and two sun loungers for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the views of the mountains.

Snuggle up by the new wood burning stove for cosy nights in with a wee dram or hot drink. There will be a welcome basket of logs, kindling and firer lighters ready for you at the property for
your first nights fire during October-April. If you would like to use the fire out of season, we are happy for you to do so, and you can purchase bags of logs in Aviemore.

Location
The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at Dalnabay, set beneath the Cairngorm Mountains and just 5 minutes’ walk to the village of Aviemore’s shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants. If you are away with your dog, you will be pleased to know that many of the pubs and restaurants are dog friendly in Aviemore and the surrounding area.

Pet Friendly
We understand how hard it can be to find excellent quality 4-star accommodation that welcomes your pet as well, we are pleased to say that this property will welcome up to 2 dogs. To make your pet feel really welcome they will even get their own doggie pack to use during their stay.

    As this type of fire is a multi-fuel stove you can burn either coal or logs in them.Extra bags of logs can be ordered from our onsite reception between 9am-5pm 7 days a week.

    This property has views of the Cairngorm Mountains from the back of the property. The garden has a seating area for you to be able to set and take in the majestic mountain views in this beautiful location.
