Birchdale Cottage is situated in a quite cul-de-sac within the Siverglades private development at Dalnabay, which is set beneath the Cairngorm Mountains and just an easy 10 minutes’ walk to the village of Aviemore’s amenities and leisure facilities.

The property has one double bedroom with a modern and stylish master en suite shower room with electric towel rail and underfloor heating. The second bedroom faces the back garden and is a cosy twin bedroom which is ideal for two children or another two adult guests. There is a modern and stylish family bathroom next to the twin bedroom with a shower over the bath, electric towel rail and underfloor heating. The modern sitting room has been furnished in a clean and fresh  style.

This is a no pets property which make suitable for people that suffer from pet allergies as the owner of the property will not allow pets in the property.

Birchdale Cottage is fully equipped to meet all your holiday needs with the owners paying great attention to all the little things you may need during your stay. Your property is close to our onsite reception which is open 7 days a week 9am-5pm if you need any help during your stay or advice on places to visit in the area.
