Snowy Owl Lodge-No 68

The Snowy Owl was perfect for our needs, very clean and great location, we plan to return next year. We particularly liked the layout of the property and clear instructions. The garden was perfect for our dogs.

Just as good second time round.

This is the second time I have stayed at Snowy Owl Lodge in Aviemore. The house is very compact and had everything we needed My husband and I found it to be just as comfortable this year. We enjoyed the big comfy bed,the excellent shower, the smart TV and lovely private garden. We were able to sit outside in the sunshine as it had a large table and also two smaller ones when we needed shade.We liked it so much we have booked again for September!

Family weekend getaway.

Quality of accommodation was very high. Staff very friendly and helpful. Can't think of anything needing improved. Have stayed at Silverglades many times and always had a great experience

Warm and cosy Cottage

Great, fully equipped, warm and cosy cottage. Kitchen had everything you would need and it was spotless. Lovely bathroom with beautiful deep bath and separate shower. King sized bed was extremely comfortable, bed linen was fantastic quality. Lovely light living room with a log burner that was very easy to use. Very close to town and easy to walk to all facilities. Well worth a visit!

House was lovely with everything you need and spotless very comfortable double bed house is situated at end of cul-de-sac with enclosed gardens . The staff at Silverglades reception are all lovely too .

Exactly what we hoped for.
Great location. The lodge was so modern and homely we settled in immediately. We loved the back garden and liked the proximity to our neighbours we were able to say hello but still had lots of privacy. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation and the location was ideal. We’ll definately return in the future.

Total tranquility

Snowy Owl Lodge is just beautiful. Located in a very peaceful area within walking distance of Aviemore. The quality of furnishing, crockery, white goods etc, everything is perfect. Beds are super comfy. Beautiful garden area, enclosed for a dog or two. Thoughtful, established planting of shrubs, trees in the garden. We were lucky with weather, sun in the morning on the upper patio area, sun in the afternoon, evening. If the cottage went on the market, I would consider buying it..what more can be said!

Scottish Summer Memories
We planned to stay at Number 68 Snowy Owl Lodge for 3 nights and loved it so much extended the stay for a week. We invited some family from London and made some magical memories.
The lodge is well equipped and very homely, a lot of tender loving care has gone into making it a home from home.The small garden has a bbq and enough space to sit out and enjoy the sun all day as the garden is a sun trap. We took our little furry friend Kali and he was catered for with a welcome pack and loved the garden to investigate.
We had a wonderful time and will return to Snowy Lodge!

Not long back from staying at Snowy Lodge. It is a perfect property, very peaceful and ideal if you have a dog with you. Super comfy beds. All furnishings of the highest quality. Everything has been thought about. Would have no hesitation in recommending Snowy Lodge. If I am honest..if it was to come on the market, I would consider buying!!

Snowy Lodge Accommodation

Very central situation (5min drive/15-20 min walk) to main shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean. Great wood burner which made the lounge lovely and warm. Even received a doggie welcome pack 😁, thoroughly recommend Snowy Owl Lodge.

A very comfortable house

My husband and I had a most enjoyable week staying at Snowy Owl Lodge in Aviemore. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. A lot of care and attention has been put into making a pleasant place to stay. For us the bonus was a the super king bed with good quality bedding , a boon when the weather was so hot! The kitchen had plenty of dishes,cutlery etc,as well as all the usual appliances. The worktop in the kitchen was a bit limited,but being on holiday I didn’t do much cooking! I liked the arrangement of a bathroom with a large bath for soaking and a roomy walk in shower. There was also a second toilet with just a wc and wash hand basin. The bedroom was spacious with good storage space. As the weather was warm and sunny we were able to enjoy sitting in the garden,and appreciated the tables and chairs in the shade We didn’t use the barbecue which was provided,along with fuel and tools for that. We didn’t need any heating,but could see that it is modern and easy to use. We had lots of hot water whenever we needed it.We will certainly return to Snowy Owl Lodge in the future!

Great holiday stay!

We had a lovely stay in Snowy Owl with our two children a family dog. The garden was perfect for eating out or sitting with a coffee. Very clean and well furnished, we will we booking again.
