What to Bring

All clients need towels, spare clothing, sun screen, hats if cold and sun hats if warm plus snacks and drinks. Clients also need to bring any medication they might need with them and tell our instructors prior to session starting and also disclose any other medical or injury history which might effect them during the session so that we may care properly for them.

For Rafting float trips clients are asked to bring their own waterproofs and warm clothing if cold, as we can provide it but it is easier for clients to wear their own clothing, plus they need dry shoes and socks for afterwards, we always recommend a full spare set of clothing just in-case.

For all the more adventurous activities including river tubing, rafting (other than the float trip), canyoning and gorge walking we provide full wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets and any other kit they need.  (For some activities but not all we provide wetsuit booties, so we ask clients to bring spare trainers and socks. We ask them to bring swimming suits, or shorts and t-shirts for under wetsuits.Swimming ability is not a requirement for any of our activities but clients should notify instructors of weak or non swimmer ability so that we can care according for clients on the activities.
