The MacDonald is fully equipped to meet all your holiday needs. Situated in a quite cul-de-sac within the Siverglade private development at Dalnabay, beneath the Cairngorm Mountains and just 5 minutes walk to the village of Aviemore’s amenities and leisure facilities.
The Macdonald also has a wood burning stove, please note logs are not supplied by Silverglades however they can be bought from a number of shops in Aviemore.
Highchairs and baby travel cots are available for hire at an additional charge. As one of our valued guests, you will be given a V.I.P Silvercard to use during your stay which will give you a 10% discount at selected establishments and leisure facilities in the Spey Valley. Our reception is based on site and our staff are on hand to offer advice on various services and activities available and aim to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. Silverglades offer free wifi to our guests for leisure use only. However the area has poor internet strength and we can not be held responsible for the loss or interruption of internet access during your stay due to poor area. If there is an interruption in the internet service we can offer free internet access in our reception during office hours.
If you wish to book a Macdonald 4 star and bring your pet you can book house No 155 or No158 only all other Macdonalds are still pet free.
Electricity is included in the price, but If you wish to use the wood burning stove during your stay you can buy firelighters, logs and coal from the Co-op which is just 5 minutes from Silverglades or from the garage in Aviemore.
