Can I bring and store my Bike?

We now have bars to chain your bikes to at the back of each property – if you are bringing bikes, please make sure you bring locks!

Can I get groceries delivered ?

Tesco can deliver to your property when you have checked-in, our post code is PH22 1TD

Can I order In-house catering?

Yes, You can call us and we will give you details of Speyside Kitchen who will take orders for Made to Order Oven Ready Boxes for Dinners, Breakfast, High Tea, BBQ, and Picnic, as well as Bespoke Services (in house or delivered) All locally sourced fresh ingredients.

Can we bring our dog on holiday?

We are pleased to welcome a maximum of 2 pets in any of the 3 star bungalows and  allocated 4 star properties on request .There is an additional charge of £7 per pet per night .

Do I need to bring linen or towels?

All of our bungalows include linen and towels in the cost of the holiday and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

How many people can stay in a house?

We cannot accept more then the maximum number of guests stated for a property.

  • Rowan maximum 4 guests
  • Osprey, Ptarmigan and Macdonald maximum 6 guests
  • Cairngorm maximum 8 guests
  • Eagle maximum 10 guests.

Is this price per person?

We are pleased to say that the price you see is the total cost of your accommodation, not per person.

What do I do if I am arriving later then 5pm?

Don’t worry,  If you arrive after 5pm (4pm Sunday) we will leave instructions on the reception door. Please look for your name, and your will find directions about where to find your accommodation and keys. We also send out an email the day before to confirm your property number and give directions and late key collection details.

What do I pay for electricity?

From January 2012 electricity is included in the price.

What if we can’t figure out the central heating or something gets broken?

Don’t worry, you will not be left on your own. We have on site staff at our reception 9am-5pm Mon-Sat & 10am-4pm Sundays who will be happy to help and will try to sort out any niggles or questions

What time can I check-in to my bungalow?

CHECK-IN is not available before 4pm (3pm Sundays), unless you have booked an early arrival (extra £30) – please do not arrive at reception before this time as your property may not be ready for you.

Where will I collect the keys and directions to the bungalow?

Upon receipt of your final payment we will send you full instructions regarding keys and directions, Keys are normal collected from our reception at Silverglades between 4-5pm.
