Do I need to hire linen?
All of our bungalows include linen and towels in the cost of the holiday and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

Can we bring our dog on holiday?
We are pleased to welcome a maximum of 2 pets in any of the 3 star bungalows .There is an additional charge of £25 per pet for 3-4 nights and £45 weekly per pet.

What do I pay for electricity?
Electricity is charged at the standard domestic rate and will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay.

Is this price per person?
We are pleased to say that the price you see is the total cost of your accommodation, not per person

What if we can’t figure out the central heating or something gets broken?
Don’t worry.you will not be left on your own. We have on site staff at our reception how will be happy to help hand to sort out any niggles or questions

Where will I collect the keys and directions to the bungalow?
Upon receipt of your final payment we will send you full instructions regarding keys and directions, Keys are normal collected from our reception at Silverglades.

What time can I check-in to my bungalow?
The normal check-in is 4pm to 5pm,however if you need to check-in earlier please let us know so we can try to have your bungalow ready in time.

What do I do if I am arriving later then 5pm?
Don’t worry, just let us know so we can tell you where the key to your bungalow will be left.
